Notion Expert Needed for Ongoing Workspace Development & Automation

We're looking for an experienced Notion expert to support the ongoing development, optimization, and automation of Notion workspaces for our business and clients. This is not a one-time setup project. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, understand business processes, and continuously improve systems as needs evolve. Responsibilities: • Build and enhance Notion workspaces based on business requirements • Create and optimize databases, dashboards, templates, and workflows • Develop CRM, project management, operations, and knowledge management systems • Set up and maintain automations using Notion, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools • Troubleshoot workspace issues and improve existing processes • Recommend and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency • Collaborate with team members to translate ideas into functional systems Requirements: • Strong experience building advanced Notion workspaces • Deep understanding of databases, relations, rollups, formulas, and workspace architecture • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make.com and Zapier • Ability to analyze business processes and design effective solutions • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements When applying, please include: 1.
