Notion Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a Notion Implementation Specialist to enhance our project management system. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing Notion templates, integrating with other tools, and optimizing workflows. You will work closely with our team to understand our needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. We currently use Asana for a lot of our workflows so we would like someone that has deep expertise in translating asana workflows into Notion. The majority of hours would be in the form of office hours. We will have individuals from our company join a call, and consult with you about how they would organize project management in Notion to mimic what they are doing in Asana. The rest of the time would be spent preparing materials on how to get the most of out Notion for project management. We use a lot of Kanban boards with cross team collaboration and ownership.
