Notion Workspace Setup & Onboarding - Ecommerce

Hi, We're looking for someone to help us set up and structure our Notion workspace from scratch. We're migrating away from ClickUp for internal documentation and want Notion to become the central hub for our business — clear, structured, and easy for the whole team to navigate. The main thing we need is a clean setup that makes sense for everyone on the team, with a smooth onboarding so people know where to find things and how to work within the system from day one. The six areas we need built out are: 1. Creative Pipeline — a structured workflow to manage ad creatives from concept to launch 2. SOP Library — a clean, searchable home for all our standard operating procedures 3. General Task List — a simple but effective place to track tasks across the team 4. Meeting Notes — a consistent format and location for logging meetings and action points 5. Logistics Tracker — a clear overview to track shipments, suppliers, and delivery statuses 6.
