We're transitioning away from Asana and going all-in on Notion — and we need an expert to get us there the right way, not just the fast way. What you'll do Asana → Notion migration Audit our existing Asana setup and migrate tasks, projects, and workflows cleanly into Notion — no data left behind. Custom workspace setup Build a Notion workspace tailored to how VYBRNT works — intuitive structure, smart databases, and scalable templates. Team training Onboard and train our team so everyone — from project managers to creatives — can use Notion confidently from day one. Client-facing dashboards Design clean, shareable dashboards our clients can access to track their project status, milestones, and deliverables in real time. Use cases we need solved Time tracking across projects Task allocation to team members Shareable client dashboards Milestone progress tracking And more to uncover together Who we're looking for Proven experience building Notion systems for teams or agencies (please share examples) Hands-on experience migrating from Asana or similar project management tools Ability to design client-facing Notion pages that are clean, professional, and easy to navigate Strong communicator — you'll be working directly with our team and translating needs into solutions Bonus: experience with Notion automations, integrations, or connected tools How to apply In your proposal, please include: Examples of Notion workspaces or client dashboards you've built Your experience with Asana-to-Notion migrations Your recommended approach and rough timeline for this project Your rate (hourly or fixed project fee) We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become a trusted systems partner for our team.
