Notion Workspace Design & Build I am looking for an experienced Notion consultant to design and build a complete personal and business workspace. This is not simply a database-building project. I need someone who can design a system that is intuitive, low-maintenance, and genuinely useful in day-to-day life. About the project The workspace will be used to manage: * Multiple small businesses * Family administration * Household projects * Content creation * Knowledge and reference materials * Long-term projects The system should function as a central operating system for both personal and professional responsibilities. What I need I would like someone to: * Review my requirements * Recommend an appropriate workspace structure * Build the workspace in Notion * Create dashboards and navigation * Set up databases and relationships * Create templates where appropriate * Ensure the system works well on desktop and mobile Most important requirement I am specifically looking for a system that prioritises: * Simplicity * Ease of use * Low cognitive load * Clear visibility of priorities * Minimal maintenance I am NOT looking for the most complex or feature-rich Notion setup. I want a system that I will actually continue using six months from now.
