Key Responsibilities • Write compelling original web novels in genres such as romance, fantasy, urban fantasy, action, mystery, historical fiction, sci-fi, or thriller. • Produce well-structured chapters on a consistent schedule while meeting word count deadlines. • Create memorable characters with believable emotional development and strong character arcs. • Develop immersive worlds, engaging plots, and satisfying story progression. • Incorporate cliffhangers and pacing techniques that encourage readers to continue to the next chapter. • Revise and edit manuscripts based on editorial feedback. • Maintain consistency in characterization, timeline, and world-building throughout the series. • Meet agreed-upon writing deadlines and communicate effectively with editors.
