Looking for a Formulation Scientist — Hair Supplement (Project-Based) At Man Labs, we're building a scientifically rigorous hair supplement targeting telogen effluvium and stress/nutritional deficiency-driven hair loss — designed as an adjunct to a finasteride + minoxidil protocol. The formulation is close to final. I need an independent scientist to review it critically before we go to manufacture. What you'll do: Evaluate ingredient selection, doses, and forms against clinical evidence Flag interactions, redundancies, or gaps Assess tablet weight feasibility and ingredient compatibility Give a go/no-go opinion with specific recommendations What I'm looking for: Background in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical formulation Familiarity with hair loss biology (TE, AGA, nutritional deficiencies) Comfortable working with FSSAI Health Supplement regulatory framework No agenda — I need an honest scientific opinion, not a sales pitch
