Job description We are looking for a clinical nutritionist who is comfortable working directly with clients on calls, understands the biological + emotional drivers of eating behavior, and can design scientific, realistic nutrition plans for individuals with complex health backgrounds. This is not a passive plan-making role. You will speak to clients, think clinically, and collaborate closely with the lead coach before finalizing nutrition strategies. Core Responsibilities Client Interaction & Assessment Conduct 1:1 remote calls with clients to understand: Current eating patterns and food history Emotional and behavioral relationship with food (framework taught by the company) Lifestyle constraints and adherence barriers Translate qualitative client inputs into structured nutrition decisions Nutrition Planning Design personalized nutrition plans for clients with: Lifestyle-related metabolic conditions Chronic health conditions Autoimmune and inflammatory disorders Create plans that are: Evidence-based Sustainable under real-world constraints Adaptable as client responses evolve Finalize nutrition plans after alignment with the Lead Coach Collaboration & Documentation Discuss cases with the Lead Coach before implementation Maintain clear client notes and rationale for dietary decisions Follow internal systems and continuously improve planning quality Required Qualifications Formal qualification in Nutrition / Dietetics (degree or recognized certification) Experience working with clinical or therapeutic nutrition cases Comfortable speaking directly with clients on video/phone calls Ability to explain complex nutrition concepts in simple, actionable terms Willingness to learn internal frameworks around food, emotion, and behavior Preferred (Not Mandatory) Exposure to autoimmune or chronic inflammatory conditions Familiarity with basic blood markers and medical history interpretation Experience working with professionals or high-responsibility lifestyles Role Fit Warning (Important) This role is not suitable if you: Prefer backend-only plan creation Avoid client conversations Rely only on fixed templates or generic meal plans Brand & Working Style Scientific: grounded in physiology and evidence Transformational: focused on long-term change, not short-term restriction Empathetic: understands behavior without being permissive or vague Growth Path Commission-based collaboration initially Retainer-based engagement for consistent, high-quality contributors Opportunity to grow into a senior or lead nutrition role over time
