O2C Technical Implementation Specialist

Role purpose Execute defined technical and functional implementation tasks across a multi-entity Order-to-Cash program. Work from approved architecture, workstream briefs, configuration workbooks, mapping specifications, accounting workpapers, and test plans to produce completed, validated, and documented deliverables. This role will work under the direction of the End-to-End O2C Program Architect and Delivery Lead and the designated workstream leads. Key responsibilities Execute assigned configuration, mapping, migration, testing, documentation, reconciliation, and remediation tasks. Perform approved configuration changes in assigned CRM, accounting, connector, data, or workflow systems. Prepare field inventories, mapping workbooks, import templates, transformation files, test scripts, reconciliation schedules, and operating documentation. Prepare, validate, and process approved import files and data transformations. Support IES configuration, connector setup, migration preparation, integration validation, and approved data corrections. Run system, integration, migration, regression, and UAT test scripts and preserve complete test evidence. Investigate defects and exceptions across source data, connector logic, target configuration, and user process. Document root-cause findings before implementing approved corrections. Maintain configuration records, migration logs, deployment records, issue logs, decision records, and completion evidence. Coordinate task-level dependencies with Salesforce, Finance, integration, data, testing, and operating-team participants. Perform assigned cutover activities according to the approved cutover plan and runbook. Support user-testing preparation, training sessions, stabilization, and handoff. Draft SOPs, user guidance, technical instructions, and assigned operating documentation. Confirm assigned deliverables against explicit acceptance criteria before reporting completion. Escalate requests, conditions, or design conflicts that differ from the approved baseline. Follow the approved architecture, security requirements, accounting workpapers, scope boundaries, and quality standards. Success in the role Assigned implementation deliverables are completed accurately, documented properly, validated against acceptance criteria, and delivered on schedule without introducing unauthorized design or scope changes. Preferred background Candidates must demonstrate hands-on implementation experience in at least three of the following areas: ERP or accounting-system configuration Salesforce or CRM implementation support Integration-platform or commercial-connector configuration Data mapping, transformation, and migration SQL or structured data analysis Data cleanup and approved technical correction Financial and operational reconciliation System, integration, migration, or regression testing UAT and cutover execution Technical documentation and SOP development Configuration, issue, and deployment tracking Favor candidates who are comfortable executing detailed work from approved designs and workstream instructions. General project coordination, bookkeeping, virtual-assistant, or documentation-only experience is not sufficient. Identify the systems in which you personally made configuration or implementation changes, rather than coordinating work performed by others. Which Salesforce, QuickBooks, ERP, connector, database, data-transformation, or testing tools can you use directly? Provide an example of a mapping workbook, import template, reconciliation schedule, test script, configuration record, or SOP that you personally created. Describe a defect you traced across multiple systems. How did you determine where the failure originated? Describe your responsibilities during a production migration or cutover.
