Odoo Accounting Consultant Needed — Multi-Company, Intercompany, Bank Reconciliation & Monthly Retainer We need an experienced Odoo Accounting / Functional Consultant to help us review and properly set up our multi-company accounting structure. Please note: we are not looking for a general Odoo developer. We need someone with strong Odoo accounting, multi-company and finance process experience. Our business operates across several related companies, including UK, USA, UAE/ROW and India-related operations. We sell a physical industrial product and have manufacturing/supply arrangements in different locations. We need Odoo set up correctly so that sales, purchases, stock ownership, intercompany transactions, invoices, bills, margins, bank reconciliation and reporting all work properly. Initial work required: Review our existing Odoo multi-company setup. Advise on the correct accounting structure. Set up or correct intercompany sales and purchase flows. Review sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, supplier bills and stock/accounting movements. Review chart of accounts, journals, taxes/fiscal positions, currencies and bank accounts. Help with inventory ownership, dropshipping and manufacturing/purchasing flows. Set up practical month-end procedures. Help create management reports, budgets and cash flow tracking. Document the process clearly so we can follow it internally. Ongoing monthly retainer: After the setup is correct, we want ongoing monthly support. This will include: Bank reconciliation. Checking customer invoices and supplier bills. Intercompany checks. Monthly management accounts. Budgeting and cash flow support. Odoo accounting troubleshooting. General finance/admin support inside Odoo. You must have: Strong Odoo Accounting experience. Real experience with Odoo multi-company setups. Experience with intercompany transactions. Experience with inventory, sales and purchasing flows. Multi-currency experience. Ability to explain what you are doing clearly. Good written English. After that, we want to agree a monthly retainer for reconciliation, reporting and budgeting support.
