Odoo UX Architect, System Blueprint designer (No Development)

I have a custom Odoo-based system (for A real estate architecture workflow) ~98% or more defined, on paper and a part of developed. I need a senior thinker, not a developer. Goal: I need a pixel-level blueprint: every page mocked (wireframes), exact button placement + actions, and full UX flow—so developer can build with zero interpretation. This must feel like a finished system (visual + logic), only full backend missing, so it’s a 100% finish blueprint… Fast delivery required. No theory—only concrete screens, structure, and decisions. What I need: I have created docs which will give you 98% to 100% information, and I still expect strong, constructive pushback, from any great mind. I want someone who will challenge assumptions, debate decisions, and defend better solutions—this is a working session, not passive execution.
