Odoo CRM Expert / Consultant

About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Odoo CRM Expert** to provide hands-on guidance and support during the initial phase of an Odoo CRM implementation/project. The consultant will work closely with our technical team to help them understand Odoo CRM, configure the required modules, and establish best practices for the project. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide expert guidance on **Odoo CRM** functionality, configuration, and best practices. * Assist the team in understanding and configuring CRM workflows, pipelines, leads, opportunities, activities, and customer management. * Advise on **CRM customisation and integration requirements** based on project needs. * Guide the team on Odoo module architecture and recommended implementation approaches. * Support troubleshooting and resolution of initial technical/functional challenges. * Review proposed configurations and provide recommendations for optimisation. * Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for the internal team. * Help the team follow Odoo best practices and avoid unnecessary customisation. * Provide guidance during the early stages of the Odoo ERP/CRM initiative. ### Required Skills * Strong hands-on experience with **Odoo CRM**. * Good understanding of Odoo CRM workflows, sales pipeline, leads, opportunities, activities, and customer management. * Experience with Odoo configuration and customisation. * Familiarity with Odoo modules and their integration with CRM. * Ability to troubleshoot and provide practical technical guidance. * Strong communication and mentoring skills. * Experience working remotely with development/technical teams. ### Preferred * Experience with **Odoo ERP implementations**. * Knowledge of Odoo Studio and workflow automation. * Experience with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations. * Python knowledge and familiarity with the Odoo technical framework. * Experience guiding teams that are new to Odoo. ### Engagement This is initially intended as a **short-term expert/consulting engagement** to guide the team during the early stages of the project, with the possibility of extending the engagement based on project requirements. **Interested candidates/consultants may share their Odoo CRM experience, relevant project details, availability, and hourly/project-based rates.**
