Odoo CRM + Sales Foundation Setup (Fixed-Scope, One-Time Project)

Small US-based business (aerial agricultural services + equipment sales). We're standing up Odoo Online and need an experienced, Odoo-certified freelancer to handle the initial CRM + Sales foundation only — a clean, one-time setup. We will own day-to-day use and add further modules ourselves later. This is a tightly scoped fixed-price job, not a full ERP implementation. What's in scope (the deliverables) Database setup — Configure a new Odoo Online database with the CRM and Sales apps. Confirm correct users, timezone, currency, and company info. Contact / company import — We will provide a spreadsheet of contacts and companies needing to be cleaned to match Odoo contact import format. Map fields correctly and import. Spot-check a sample of records after import to verify accuracy. We will provide master contact list export from QuickBooks. Sales pipeline build — Configure pipeline stages to match the process we provide (roughly: New Lead → Contacted → Quoted → Won/Lost). Set up lead source tracking so web, email, SMS, and phone leads are distinguishable in reporting. Inbound lead capture — Wire up automatic lead creation from: Website form submissions → Odoo CRM A forwarded email address / alias → Odoo CRM (Phone and SMS leads will be logged manually or via a method you recommend — advise in your proposal.) Microsoft 365 connection — Connect Outlook/M365 email and calendar sync so logged activity and emails flow correctly. Handoff — A short (15–30 min) screen-share walkthrough of what was built and a one-page written summary of the configuration, so we can run and extend it ourselves. Explicitly OUT of scope To keep this fixed and affordable, the following are not part of this job and should not be quoted: Inventory, Accounting/Invoicing, Field Service, Sign, or any module beyond CRM and Sales Custom module development or Odoo Studio customization Ongoing support retainers or maintenance Data cleaning (we provide clean import-ready data) Marketing automation / mass email campaigns We may hire separately for additional modules later, but this engagement is the CRM + Sales foundation only. Requirements Odoo certification or demonstrable CRM + Sales implementation experience (please link relevant past work or reviews) Experience with Odoo Online (SaaS), not just self-hosted Experience wiring web/email inbound lead capture Clear written English and responsive communication How to submit your proposal Please include: A fixed price for the scope above (preferred over hourly). Estimated timeline to completion. Your recommendation for capturing phone/SMS leads into Odoo. Two or three examples of similar Odoo CRM setups you've delivered.
