# Odoo 19 Community — Functional Consultant to Configure Retail + Manufacturing + eCommerce Flows **Engagement:** Remote · Freelance · Project-based (milestones) or hourly **Platform:** Odoo 19 **Community** (self-hosted — infrastructure already handled by us) ## About us We run a men's garments business in Pakistan — a physical retail shop plus **in-house manufacturing** of some of our own products. We're moving from walk-in-only to **omnichannel** (online store + click-and-collect) and plan to expand to more cities. Our Odoo server, deployment, and maintenance are managed in-house. **We are not hiring for server setup or ground-up custom development — we need expert configuration of our business flows.** ## What we need configured - **Products & variants:** garment catalog with Size/Colour variants, SKUs, barcodes, and **category-driven routes**. - **Inventory:** single shared stock pool feeding both the shop counter and the website; multi-warehouse-ready for future cities. - **Purchase flow:** vendors, pricelists, reordering rules, receipts, vendor bills (3-way matching). - **Manufacturing (MRP):** Bills of Materials and a **mix of make-to-stock and make-to-order** routing (some items built in batches, some built on order, with component procurement cascading correctly). - **Point of Sale:** counter sales drawing from the shared stock pool. - **Website / eCommerce:** catalog publishing, checkout, no-oversell inventory behavior, automatic invoicing. - **Click-and-collect:** buy online, pick up in shop. - **Pakistan-specific:** local **payment gateway** (Safepay / PayFast / JazzCash / Easypaisa), **courier** integration (PostEx / TCS / Leopards / Trax), and **FBR digital-invoicing readiness**. - **Accounting:** Pakistan chart of accounts and **OCA financial-reporting** modules for P&L / Balance Sheet on Community. ## Deliverables 1. Fully configured and **tested** flows (purchase, sale, POS, online order, manufacturing). 2. **Written configuration documentation** (what was set and why). 3. A **handover walkthrough** so our team can run and extend it. ## Required experience - Proven **Odoo functional implementations** covering **Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing (MRP), POS, and eCommerce** — with specific past projects you can describe. - Strong grasp of **procurement/manufacturing routing** (Buy / Manufacture / Make-to-Order, reordering rules, BoMs). - Hands-on **Odoo Community + OCA** experience (not Enterprise-only). ## Strong plus - **Retail / garments / fashion** implementations. - **Pakistan localization:** FBR digital invoicing/POS, local payment gateways, local couriers. - English + Urdu. ## To apply, please include 1. 2–3 relevant Odoo projects (ideally retail + manufacturing + eCommerce), and whether they were Community or Enterprise. 2.
