Odoo Developer for AI Recruitment Module

About Us We are AI-powered executive search platform specializing in leadership hiring across Gulf Countries. We are building our platform in phases using Odoo as the core framework. We have already completed Phase 1 and are now looking for an experienced Odoo developer to build Phase 2 – AI CV Parsing & Job Matching Engine. Scope of Work The objective of this phase is to reduce recruiter manual effort while keeping AI processing efficient and cost-effective. The selected developer will build an AI-assisted recruitment workflow within Odoo, including: 1. AI-powered CV parsing into structured candidate profiles 2. AI job matching against uploaded Job Descriptions 3. Weighted candidate match scoring with graphical explanations 4. Executive candidate summary generation 5. Recruiter dashboard with ranking, filtering and quick actions 6. Automatic profile tagging 7. Candidate feedback reports for shortlisted and rejected applicants 8. Email automation for candidate communication 9. Application form enhancements with mandatory screening questions and conditional rules to reduce irrelevant applications Important: Recruiters will perform a quick manual review before AI processing. Only recruiter-approved candidates should be sent for AI parsing and job matching to optimize AI usage costs. A detailed scope document will be shared to selected freelancer. Technical Requirements Strong experience with Odoo development Python PostgreSQL REST APIs Experience integrating AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini) Experience with recruitment, ATS, or HR systems is highly preferred Nice to Have AI/LLM integrations Resume parsing experience OCR/document processing Experience building recruiter dashboards Workflow automation Executive search or recruitment platform experience Please review this scope before applying.
