# Senior Odoo Developer / ERP Architect (Long-Term Partnership) ## About Us We are a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution company operating on a heavily customized Odoo ERP platform. Odoo is the operational backbone of our business, managing purchasing, inventory, logistics, sales, accounting integrations, customer service, vendor management, reporting, and custom workflows. We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo developer who can become our long-term technical partner. This is not a one-time project. We need someone who can continuously improve, maintain, troubleshoot, and expand our ERP as our business grows. ## What We Need We need an experienced Odoo developer who can: * Design and build new custom modules * Modify and extend existing Odoo functionality * Maintain and improve custom workflows * Debug and resolve production issues quickly * Optimize performance and database operations * Build custom reports and dashboards * Create integrations with third-party systems and APIs * Assist with Odoo upgrades and migrations * Improve user experience and operational efficiency * Provide ongoing support and strategic recommendations Our goal is to have a developer who understands our business processes and becomes an extension of our team. ## Current Environment Our Odoo environment includes significant customization across multiple departments, including: * Purchasing * Inventory Management * Warehouse Operations * Manufacturing Processes * Vendor Management * Customer Service * Logistics & Freight Operations * Reporting & Analytics * Accounting Integrations * CRM and Sales Operations We have numerous custom modules, automated workflows, and business-specific processes that require both maintenance and ongoing enhancement. ## Required Experience You should have: * 5+ years of Odoo development experience * Strong Python skills * Strong PostgreSQL knowledge * Experience developing custom Odoo modules * Experience with Odoo Studio and custom code * Experience with API integrations * Experience with Odoo version upgrades and migrations * Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities * Excellent written English communication ## Preferred Experience Bonus points for experience with: * Manufacturing companies * Distribution businesses * Inventory-heavy operations * Warehouse management * Logistics and transportation workflows * EDI integrations * Shipping carrier integrations * Accounting and financial integrations * Business process automation ## How We Work We move quickly and expect proactive communication.
