Odoo - Guided Implementation

Seeking experienced Odoo consultant / configuration expert to help configure and implement Odoo through live collaborative working sessions. Goal is to configure the system together, one application at a time, so we can deliberate and configuration decisions together. For each application, you would help: - Review our business requirements and current process. - Recommend the appropriate Odoo configuration and workflow. - Explain relevant Odoo best practices and tradeoffs. - Configure the application together during live sessions. - Help us prepare or import master data where necessary. - Configure roles, permissions, workflows, notifications, and settings. - Test the process end-to-end with realistic scenarios. - Identify where standard Odoo functionality is sufficient versus where customization may be warranted. - Document important configuration decisions. Consultant must have strong hands-on experience and highly experienced with functional configuration, not only development.
