Odoo Implementer for Community & Enterprise

At internet.agency we implement Odoo and Zoho for SMEs across Spain and Portugal. We're looking for an Odoo implementer for ongoing collaboration, starting with a paid test project. Who we're looking for: A proactive, autonomous professional, delivery-focused, able to work from written specifications without constant supervision. Strong planning skills and clear communication to anticipate and resolve blockers before they escalate. - Must-have requirements: Proven experience and specialization in both Odoo Community and Enterprise Native Spanish (mandatory: daily work communication are in Spanish) Portfolio and references from real projects. - Nice to have: Experience with n8n and workflow automation integrated with Odoo. - How we work: Scope and deliverables agreed before each project starts. All hours and payments handled through Upwork's time tracker. Manually logged hours are not accepted. Strict confidentiality and professional secrecy (agreement signed before any system access) We start with a small paid test.
