Odoo Lead Developer – Lead a Team of Interns on an Isolated Project

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Odoo Lead Developer to join our team. You will work under a Project Director, who will define the development strategy and overall cycle. Your project will be isolated from other senior Odoo developers’ work, but you will collaborate with them at a high level when needed. You will be given several interns to support development tasks. It will be your responsibility to lead, guide, and review their work, while you focus on the core development of your project. Key Responsibilities: - Lead an isolated Odoo project from a technical execution standpoint - Manage and mentor a team of interns (code review, task assignment, best practices) - Work under the Project Director’s strategic guidance (sprints, milestones, architecture decisions) - Develop custom Odoo modules and modify existing ones as per project requirements - Ensure code quality, documentation, and timely delivery - Collaborate occasionally with other senior Odoo developers for cross-project consistency
