Summary

We need an Odoo Online (SaaS) expert to resolve key system issues and configure workflows using Odoo Studio and Server Actions ONLY (no custom backend modules). Tasks: Priority 1: Fix a JS crash in Field Service navigation and fix user role misconfigurations restricting technician access. Priority 1: Create an automated Server Action (Python script) to merge multiple selected tasks into one master task from the Kanban/List view. Priority 2: Fix a Worksheet Template defaulting bug and build preset text/materials templates per Work Order Type. Priority 2 & 3: Apply conditional color-coding to 5 FSM stages and configure standard WhatsApp templates in the Chatter. Requirements: Advanced experience with Odoo Online constraints and Odoo Studio Python server actions. Strong background in Field Service, Sales, and Invoicing workflows.
