# Odoo Project App Setup for a Wedding Photography Studio (One App Free Plan, 15 to 20 Users) ## About us We are a wedding photography and videography studio based in Sydney, Australia. We specialise in large, multi day South Asian weddings and destination events, and we shoot around 150 weddings a year. Our post production team, editors, managers, and admin staff, runs to 15 to 20 people. ## The job We want to set up Odoo's Project app to track every wedding through our post production pipeline, from the moment the event is captured through to final delivery to the client. We will be using Odoo on the One App Free plan, meaning Project only, unlimited users, zero licence cost, and we want to stay on that plan. We are not using Odoo CRM, Odoo Sales, Timesheets, or any other Odoo app. Our sales and client CRM work happens in a separate system already, so that side is out of scope entirely. We have a detailed specification document ready that covers our current workflow, the board and stage structure we want built, the fields each task needs, and the user permission setup. Please review it carefully before quoting. ## What you'll be doing - Setting up multiple Project boards matching our post production pipeline (photo editing, highlights video, full video, printed albums, canvas prints) - Configuring Kanban stages, custom fields, and task templates so each wedding can be tracked from start to delivery - Setting up an email alias on each board so our admin person can forward a short summary from our existing CRM and have it land as a new task automatically - Locking down user permissions so our 15 to 20 team members can only see and update their own assigned tasks, and cannot reach Apps, Settings, or Project Configuration menus under any circumstance - Testing the whole setup with a restricted dummy account before handover, to prove a regular team member genuinely cannot trigger an app install or a feature toggle that would push us onto a paid plan - Providing a short walkthrough recording and a one page guide our admin person can follow to add a new wedding ## What we need from you - Real hands on experience configuring Odoo Project, ideally on Odoo Online rather than self hosted Community edition - Solid understanding of how Odoo's One App Free plan works, including the rule that installing a second app or enabling certain feature toggles starts a 15 day trial clock - Comfortable working with Odoo's access rights system (the Administration field, per app User versus Administrator levels) and able to explain clearly what each setting does - Good written English for the documentation and a short recorded walkthrough ## Deliverables 1. A fully configured Odoo database under our existing Odoo Online account, matching the attached specification 2. Email alias set up and tested on each board 3. User permissions configured and tested with a dummy restricted account 4. A short screen recording walking our admin person through adding a new wedding and moving it through the stages 5. A one page written guide covering the same steps ## Budget and format We'd prefer a fixed price quote based on the specification document rather than hourly, please include your quoted price and estimated turnaround in your application.
