Odoo ERP Expert Needed to Implement and Customize ERP for Growing Consumer Products Company We are a fast-growing consumer products company looking for an experienced **Odoo ERP expert** to help us implement, customize, and optimize Odoo as the central system for our business. Our company sells through multiple channels, including: * Wholesale * Shopify * Amazon * Faire We also work with overseas manufacturers and a third-party fulfillment warehouse. Scope of Work We are looking for someone who can help us: * Recommend the best Odoo implementation strategy * Configure Odoo for our business * Set up CRM * Inventory Management * Purchasing * Sales * Accounting (if appropriate) * Vendor Management * Customer Management * Sales Representative and Commission Tracking * Reporting and Dashboards Integrations Experience integrating Odoo with the following is highly preferred: * Shopify * Amazon FBA & AWD * Faire * Shipping and fulfillment platforms * QuickBooks (if needed) * WMS * MarketTime What We're Looking For * 5+ years of Odoo implementation experience * Strong understanding of inventory and wholesale operations * Experience with consumer products and distribution companies * Excellent communication skills * Ability to recommend best practices, not just follow instructions * Experience customizing Odoo modules when needed Bonus Experience * Odoo Studio * Custom module development * API integrations * Barcode systems * Warehouse management * Business process optimization Project This will begin as an implementation and consulting project. If it's a good fit, we're looking for a long-term partner to help us continue improving and expanding our ERP system as we grow. **We are open to either an hourly engagement or a fixed-price project.
