Contract Designer – Commercial Real Estate Offering Memorandum Budget: $30 flat fee Deliverable: Offering Memorandum (5 pages or less) Turnaround: Quick turnaround preferred Project Overview Looking for a graphic designer with experience creating polished real estate marketing materials to create a commercial real estate lease Offering Memorandum (OM). This is primarily a rebranding and design project. There is no need to reinvent the wheel or conduct extensive research. I already have an existing building OM that you can use as the primary source for the information and layout/content structure. What You'll Do Use the existing building OM as the content/reference source. Reformat and rebrand the OM using my logo, colors, and branding. Incorporate photos of the office space, floor plan, and building plan that I will provide. Create a clean, professional, modern-looking document suitable for marketing a commercial lease opportunity. Deliver a final PDF, ideally along with an editable source file. What I'll Provide Existing building OM to pull information from. My logo and brand colors. Office/property photos. Floor/building plans. Any additional property details needed after hiring. Requirements Strong graphic design/layout skills. Experience with real estate marketing materials is a plus. Ability to closely follow an existing design/content structure while making it look professionally branded. Fast turnaround is important. Good attention to detail and ability to produce a polished final product with minimal back-and-forth. Compensation $30 flat fee for an OM of 5 pages or less.
