Remote Office Admin / Phone Receptionist – U.S. Painting Company (Full-Time, Long-Term) Overview KB Painting & Refinishing is a residential and commercial painting company based in Florida. We're hiring a full-time remote Office Admin to handle inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, scheduling, and general administrative support. Appointment setting / pre-selling IS REQUIRED. This is a long-term role with room to grow as our operations expand. You'll be the first voice our customers hear, so clear, natural, confident English is essential. Hours - Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.) - 40 hours/week - Consistent schedule, no rotating shifts Compensation - $15–$19/hour USD, based on experience and phone skills - Paid weekly via Upwork -Performance pay increase possible after 90 days What You'll Do - Answer inbound calls from homeowners and commercial clients - Book estimate appointments on our calendar (we use a CRM — training provided) - Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email - Confirm appointments the day before and day-of - Handle basic customer questions about our services and process - Take detailed messages and route urgent items to the right team member - Light admin work: data entry, updating customer records, sending documents Must-Haves - Fluent, natural-sounding English with a neutral or very light accent (this is a U.S. customer-facing role — our clients must understand you easily and feel comfortable) - Quiet home office with a reliable headset and stable high-speed internet - Previous phone/reception/customer service experience (2+ years preferred) - Comfortable with CRMs, Google Workspace, and basic tech - Professional, warm phone demeanor — you can handle a frustrated customer without getting flustered - Reliable and punctual — if you're scheduled 9-5 ET, you're online at 9:00 sharp Nice-to-Haves - Experience in home services, construction, or trades (painting, roofing, HVAC, etc.) - Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, JobNimbus, or similar - Bilingual Spanish/English Application Process To apply, please: 1.
