40-Office Marketing Growth System
Worldwide
We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to develop a comprehensive growth system for our company with 40 offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing strategy, lead generation, and email marketing. Responsibilities include analyzing current marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies to enhance growth. The role requires strong communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently. JOB POST: TITLE: Growth Marketing Systems Architect – LinkedIn, AI Lead Distribution & Reporting for 40-Office Career Coaching Company and Growing ABOUT CareerCOACH SERVICES CareerCOACH Services is an established career coaching organization with approximately 40 independently operated offices. We have been in business for approximately 20 years and have served more than 14,000 clients. Our business model is similar to an agency or franchise structure: Headquarters provides the brand, systems, lead sources, training and support, while individual CareerCOACH offices operate their own businesses. We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing / Marketing Automation professional who can help us build the next generation of our lead-generation and client-acquisition system. This is NOT primarily a social-media posting position. Our first priorities are lead conversion, automation, AI, lead distribution, LinkedIn, centralized data collection and management reporting. THE CURRENT OPPORTUNITY CareerCOACH currently receives approximately 28,000 LinkedIn Marketplace opportunities per month across our network. Historically, approximately 7% of these opportunities converted into meetings. Changes within LinkedIn Marketplace and increased competition have reduced that rate to approximately 2% or less. This represents an enormous existing opportunity. Before simply generating more leads, we want to improve our ability to: • Identify the best prospects • Respond rapidly • Personalize responses • Score leads • Automatically distribute leads • Follow up with prospects • Measure coach response • Measure appointments • Measure conversions • Determine which marketing sources, messages and coaches produce the best results We also want to develop Sales Navigator and other lead-generation channels so the company is not dependent upon a single LinkedIn source. THE 40-OFFICE CHALLENGE Our 40 offices are independently operated and do not necessarily use the same CRM. We therefore envision a HUB-AND-SPOKE model: HEADQUARTERS ↓ Central lead/data/AI platform ↓ Automated scoring and distribution ↓ 40 CareerCOACH offices ↓ Prospect follow-up ↓ Appointments ↓ Clients ↓ Revenue ↓ Centralized reporting back to Headquarters We do NOT necessarily want to force all 40 offices into one traditional CRM. We are interested in creating a centralized technology/data/automation layer that can work with our existing operating structure. AI AND AUTOMATION A major objective of this project is to determine how AI and automation can manage a large portion of the process. We want to explore technology that can: 1. Capture leads centrally. 2. Eliminate duplicate leads. 3. Analyze and classify prospects. 4. Score leads based upon likelihood of becoming a CareerCOACH client. 5. Identify characteristics such as career level, occupation, geography, service requested and potentially urgency/intent. 6. Determine which CareerCOACH office or coach should receive each prospect. 7. Automatically distribute leads. 8. Generate or recommend personalized prospect responses. 9. Trigger appropriate follow-up sequences. 10. Alert coaches when human intervention is required. 11. Track whether the coach responded. 12. Track whether the prospect scheduled an Alignment Consultation. 13. Track consultation completion. 14. Track client conversion. 15. Track revenue generated. 16. Provide Headquarters with consolidated reporting across all 40 offices. 17. Identify high-performing coaches, messages, lead sources and prospect segments. 18. Use accumulated results to continuously improve lead scoring, messaging and distribution. We are technology-agnostic. We want the successful candidate to recommend the appropriate technology stack rather than simply sell us a particular CRM. LINKEDIN MARKETPLACE The immediate priority is our existing LinkedIn Marketplace opportunity flow. We want someone who understands the difference between: • LinkedIn Services Marketplace • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • LinkedIn paid advertising • Company Page/content marketing • Individual LinkedIn prospecting We want to analyze why Marketplace meeting conversion declined from approximately 7% to 2% or less and develop a systematic testing program to improve results. This may include: • Lead selection/scoring • Response speed • Message personalization • Different messages by career level/occupation • Geographic segmentation • Offer/CTA testing • Follow-up sequences • Coach response behavior • A/B testing • AI-assisted response generation Any LinkedIn strategy must comply with LinkedIn's current platform rules. We are not interested in putting coaches' LinkedIn accounts at risk through prohibited automation. SALES NAVIGATOR We also want to determine how Sales Navigator can become a second major lead-generation source. This would include: • Development of ideal candidate/client profiles • Career-level segmentation • Occupation/job-title targeting • Geographic targeting • Saved searches • Prospect prioritization • Messaging strategies • Personalized outreach • Follow-up • Appointment generation • Performance measurement CENTRAL MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD Headquarters needs visibility into the complete acquisition funnel. At minimum, we want to measure: Lead Source ↓ Lead Received ↓ Lead Scored ↓ Lead Assigned ↓ Coach Contacted Prospect ↓ Prospect Responded ↓ Appointment Scheduled ↓ Appointment Completed ↓ Client Closed ↓ Revenue Generated Reporting should be available for: • Entire company • Individual office • Individual coach • Lead source • Geography • Career level • Occupation • Marketing campaign • Message/offer • Time period We want dashboards that allow management to quickly determine what is working and what is not. PHASE 1 – DISCOVERY AND ARCHITECTURE We expect the initial engagement to include: • Review current CareerCOACH lead-generation systems • Review LinkedIn Marketplace process • Review current autoresponder/follow-up processes • Review current office workflows • Establish current baseline metrics • Identify data availability • Recommend centralized technology architecture • Recommend AI/automation tools • Develop lead-scoring methodology • Develop lead-routing methodology • Establish KPI definitions • Design management dashboard • Develop implementation roadmap PHASE 2 – PILOT We prefer to pilot the new system with approximately 3–5 CareerCOACH offices before deploying it to all 40 offices. The pilot should test: • Lead capture • AI lead evaluation/scoring • Routing • Response speed • Message personalization • Follow-up • Appointment generation • Coach compliance • Reporting • Conversion We would like clearly defined 30-day and 60-day performance measurements. PHASE 3 – 40-OFFICE DEPLOYMENT After successful testing: • Expand the system across all 40 offices • Train coaches • Automate lead distribution • Implement Headquarters reporting • Standardize KPIs • Continue A/B testing • Optimize conversion • Develop Sales Navigator as an additional source PHASE 4 – ADDITIONAL MARKETING CHANNELS Once the core lead-conversion infrastructure is operating, we are interested in evaluating: • Google Search/Ads • SEO • LinkedIn content • Founder/CEO thought leadership • YouTube • Email nurturing • Retargeting • Instagram/Meta • Google Business Profiles • Other appropriate acquisition channels These are secondary to building the lead-conversion infrastructure. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal company and candidate has demonstrated experience with several of the following: • B2C lead generation • Multi-location or franchise businesses • LinkedIn lead generation • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Marketing automation • AI-based lead qualification • Lead scoring • Automated lead routing • CRM/data integrations • Zapier, Make, n8n or comparable automation platforms • APIs/webhooks • Email/SMS nurturing • Dashboard development • Looker Studio, Power BI or comparable reporting • Attribution and conversion reporting • A/B testing • Funnel optimization We are particularly interested in someone who thinks like a business systems architect and growth marketer—not simply a content creator. WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS 1. Have you built a centralized lead-generation or lead-routing system for a multi-location, franchise, agency or independently operated business? Describe it. 2. What was the approximate monthly lead volume? 3. How would you architect a system for Headquarters to manage lead intelligence and reporting while distributing opportunities across 40 independently operated offices? 4. What technology stack would you initially consider for this project, and why? 5. How would you use AI to score approximately 28,000 incoming opportunities per month? 6. How would you automate lead distribution among 40 offices? 7. How would you create centralized reporting if the individual offices are not all using the same CRM? 8. Describe your direct experience with LinkedIn Services Marketplace. Please distinguish this from general LinkedIn marketing. 9. Describe your experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 10. What would you investigate first if a lead source historically produced a 7% meeting rate and suddenly declined to 2%? 11. What would you measure to determine whether the problem is lead quality, message quality, response time, coach follow-up or another part of the funnel? 12. Give an example of a project where you improved appointment or customer conversion rates. Include actual before-and-after numbers if possible. 13. How would you structure a 60-day pilot involving 3–5 of our offices? 14. What results would you use to determine whether the pilot was successful? 15. What portions of this project would you personally perform, and what portions would be performed by employees or subcontractors? 16. Please provide your estimated timeline and pricing for: • Discovery/architecture • 3–5 office pilot • 40-office deployment • Ongoing optimization/reporting IMPORTANT Please do not submit a generic proposal describing social media management, SEO, or content creation. Begin your proposal with the words: “40-OFFICE GROWTH SYSTEM” Then briefly explain how you would solve the centralized lead-scoring, distribution, and reporting challenge. We are looking for a long-term partner if the initial project demonstrates measurable results. Our objective is straightforward: Use technology, AI, automation, and disciplined marketing measurement to turn a very large volume of opportunities into more qualified consultations, more clients, and measurable revenue—while giving CareerCOACH Headquarters visibility across the entire 40-office organization.
