3D Office Modeler (Blender) – Recreate Real Office from Dimensions

I am looking for an experienced 3D interior modeler/ArchViz artist to recreate my real-world office in Blender. I have the exact physical dimensions of the space and a specific architectural layout that needs to be modeled accurately to scale. Office Specifications & Dimensions: Total Room Size: Width = 11.3 meters, Length = 29.96 meters, Height = 4.0 meters. Baseboards (Plintus/Skirting): 6 cm high by 2 cm deep, running along all wall-to-floor junctions and corners of the room. Layout Divisions: One designated kitchen area. One private room directly in front of the kitchen. The remaining massive area is a large, open-plan workspace. Partitions & Doors: Modern, minimalist office doors and partition walls made entirely of cloudy/frosted glass. This glass must be translucent—it should block visibility from the outside to ensure privacy, but still allow light to pass through. Workstations (Furniture): Open-plan desks arranged for face-to-face working (benching style). Coworkers sit facing each other, separated by their laptops and central desk dividers. Your Responsibilities: Model the main office structure to the exact dimensions provided. Construct the partition walls, doors, and apply a realistic frosted glass shader (ideally optimized for Cycles rendering). Add the 6cm x 2cm skirting (plintus) along the perimeter. Populate the kitchen, private room, and open-plan workspace with high-quality, modern office furniture (desks, chairs, kitchen appliances, laptops) using pre-made assets or your own library. Set up realistic interior lighting to showcase the frosted glass transparency and modern office aesthetic.
