# Office Space Planner **VersaDesk.com** VersaDesk is looking for an Office Space Planner to help customers and businesses design functional, ergonomic, and efficient workspace layouts using VersaDesk products. This role will support B2B customers, office buildouts, cubicle layouts, desk configurations, conference rooms, and workspace planning projects from concept to quote. The ideal candidate understands office furniture, space planning, customer needs, and how to turn a workspace request into a clear product layout and recommendation. ## Responsibilities Work with customers, sales reps, and internal teams to understand office layout needs, room dimensions, team size, product requirements, and budget. Create workspace plans using VersaDesk products, including standing desks, WorkNest cubicles, Foundry Bench workstations, conference tables, accessories, and office layout solutions. Recommend the best product mix based on the customer’s space, employee count, workflow, use case, and installation requirements. Assist with B2B office buildout projects, including private offices, open work areas, call centers, training rooms, conference rooms, healthcare offices, education spaces, and command center-style workstations. Prepare clear layout recommendations, product lists, and project notes for sales, quoting, and customer review. Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to confirm product availability, dimensions, lead times, and project feasibility. Help improve the customer experience by making the office planning and quoting process easier, faster, and more organized. Review floor plans, sketches, measurements, and customer-provided images to create accurate workspace recommendations. Support custom or larger workspace requests by identifying potential layout issues before the quote or order is finalized. ## Requirements Experience in office furniture, space planning, interior layout, commercial furniture sales support, or a related field. Ability to understand room dimensions, product dimensions, office layouts, and customer workflow needs. Strong communication skills and ability to explain layout recommendations clearly to customers and internal teams. Highly organized and able to manage multiple workspace planning requests at once. Basic understanding of ergonomic office products, standing desks, cubicles, workstations, and conference room setups. Experience with layout tools, floor plan software, CAD, SketchUp, Canva, Adobe, or similar design/planning tools is preferred.
