Job Title: Offshore Architect (Remote – Mumbai, Dubai, or Philippine Based) | Luxury Residential Design & Build Job Description: We are a luxury design and build practice specializing in high-end residential interiors, landscaping, pools, architecture, and civil works, working with ultra-high-net-worth clients. We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Architect based in Mumbai to join our team remotely and support our design and documentation workflow. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site survey and site measurement reviews, and translate client briefs into design concepts • Prepare landscaping, interior, and carpentry design works in AutoCAD, with detailed drawings for authority and client approval • Produce all execution and shop drawings in AutoCAD • Develop presentations using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, VRay, and 3D Max for project proposals • Prepare price quotations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) • Coordinate materials and costing when required • Support project coordination and management • Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation at project close-out • Participate in design development, material selection, and client-facing presentations • Provide daily progress updates to the Design & Marketing Head Requirements: • Proven experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer, ideally within residential or luxury design and build projects • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required) • Working knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, VRay, and/or 3D Max • Familiarity with AI-powered tools relevant to design workflows (e.g., AI rendering, visualization, or concept generation tools) • Strong communication skills and ability to work to deadlines across time zones • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Prior experience with UHNW or high-end residential clients is a plus
