I am seeking an experienced Ohio-licensed attorney to prepare and file a Motion to Distribute Surplus Funds in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on behalf of an Ohio corporation that I own. The property was sold through a tax foreclosure sale, and after payment of taxes, costs, and sheriff's fees, approximately $84,033.81 in surplus proceeds remain on deposit with the Clerk of Courts. I am retaining counsel to obtain a court order directing that these surplus funds be distributed to my company. This is a time-sensitive matter. I need an attorney who can review the court file, prepare any necessary pleadings and supporting documents, and file the Motion to Distribute Surplus Funds within 24–48 hours of being retained. If additional documentation or corporate records are needed, I can provide them immediately.
