OnShape CAD Designer

Summary We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create CAD objects using OnShape. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D design and modeling, with a strong understanding of CAD software. Responsibilities include designing and modeling CAD objects, ensuring accuracy and precision, and collaborating with our team to meet project requirements. I'm attaching two documents: 1. Onshape CAD Annotation Guidelines: the exact workflow and submission spec for this work. A few requirements worth flagging up front, since they go beyond a typical CAD recreation task: - Modeling must be done natively in Onshape, using only the project-assigned account. No imported/linked geometry, no third-party or Onshape Standard Content, no mesh-only models. - Every session needs synchronized screen and input recording via a specific tool pairing (AgentNet + OBS), following an exact setup (fixed resolution/zoom, project-assigned accounts only, no extra overlays). - Submission has two required parts: the finalized Onshape document (named version V99_FINAL) plus the complete raw AgentNet session folders, not just a video. 2. CAD Assets: reference GrabCAD models across five categories (robotic arm, V6 engine, V8 engine, jet engine, motorbike) representing the complexity we're targeting. You final CAD object video has to match the defined CAD asset. (History should be on OnShape)
