One-Off Complete SEO Specialist for Aven Creative + Macprit
Worldwide
One-Off Complete SEO Specialist for Two Websites: Aven Creative + Macprit I am looking for an experienced SEO specialist to complete a comprehensive one-off SEO project for two separate websites: • avencreative.co.uk • macprit.com Although both websites will be handled under this job, they must be treated as two separate SEO projects. They have different audiences, competitors, search intent, products/services, conversion goals and keyword opportunities. I do not want the same generic SEO strategy copied across both websites. This is a one-off project with a clear completion point. I am not looking for an ongoing monthly SEO retainer. MAIN OBJECTIVE The main objective for both websites is to significantly improve their ability to: • Appear prominently in relevant Google searches • Increase relevant organic Google impressions • Increase organic clicks • Increase high-quality organic traffic • Improve rankings for commercially valuable searches • Get important pages properly crawled and indexed by Google • Build stronger topical relevance and website authority • Convert organic visitors into genuine business results I am not interested in SEO work that only improves an Ahrefs, Semrush or other tool score. The purpose is real Google visibility, real organic traffic and real business value. I understand that no legitimate SEO specialist can guarantee a specific Google ranking, number-one position or exact amount of traffic. The specialist will therefore be assessed on the quality and completion of the SEO research, strategy, implementation and agreed deliverables. PROJECT 1: AVEN CREATIVE Website: avencreative.co.uk Aven Creative is a web design and development business. The website contains service pages, portfolio/work pages, individual case studies and other commercial pages. Aven should be treated as a service-based business whose SEO ultimately needs to attract qualified potential clients. Main goal for Aven The SEO strategy should help people who are genuinely searching for services Aven provides discover the website through Google. The successful specialist must independently research: • How potential clients search for Aven’s services • Which searches have genuine commercial intent • Which keywords have realistic ranking potential • Which searches are geographically relevant • Which pages should target which search intent • Which service areas present the strongest SEO opportunities • What Aven’s actual Google competitors are doing successfully • What content/page gaps currently exist I do not want keywords chosen simply because they sound relevant. Keyword selection must be based on actual research including search behaviour, search volume, intent, competition, difficulty, business value and realistic ranking potential. Aven areas to review This includes the full website and important areas such as: • Main service pages • Web design services • Web development services • Website support • Portfolio/work • Individual case studies • Homepage • Contact/project enquiry journey • Other commercially important pages Local SEO Because Aven serves clients through a location-relevant service business, the specialist should properly assess local SEO opportunities where appropriate. This may include: • Google Business Profile • Local search visibility • Geographic search opportunities • Local structured data • Business information consistency • Relevant local citations • Service/location relevance • Local competitor analysis • Google Maps/local-pack opportunities where applicable Do not create spam location pages simply to target towns or cities. Any location strategy must have a genuine reason and be useful to visitors. Aven conversion objective Organic traffic should ultimately contribute towards: • Qualified project enquiries • Contact enquiries • Potential clients viewing relevant services • Potential clients viewing relevant previous work • Moving visitors towards starting a project SEO recommendations should therefore consider both rankings and what happens after an organic visitor reaches the website. PROJECT 2: MACPRIT Website: macprit.com Macprit is a macOS utility software suite. It contains multiple tools and feature areas that solve different problems for Mac users. Macprit must not be treated as one generic software keyword. Each major feature area should be independently researched based on how real Mac users search Google for the problems that feature solves. Important Macprit areas include: • Download Anything • Video/media downloading functionality • PDF Forge • PDF utilities • Pixels • Image conversion/image utilities • Mac Controls • Knock The Mac • Battery functionality • Battery Sounds • Eject Disks • Other relevant Macprit utility functionality Main goal for Macprit Macprit should be discoverable by people who have never heard of the Macprit brand. Users searching Google for a problem that Macprit can solve should have the opportunity to discover the relevant Macprit page. The specialist should independently determine: • How users search for each problem • Which searches each Macprit feature can legitimately target • Search volume • Search intent • Competition • Keyword difficulty • Commercial value • Realistic ranking potential • Competitors currently ranking • Whether an existing page can target the opportunity • Whether a new landing page is genuinely required Existing keyword research may be provided. It should be reviewed and validated rather than accepted blindly. The SEO strategy must cover the entire Macprit suite, not only the homepage or one feature. SEO WORK REQUIRED FOR BOTH WEBSITES The following work should be performed separately for Aven Creative and Macprit. 1. COMPLETE TECHNICAL SEO AUDIT Carry out a professional technical audit covering relevant issues including: • Crawlability • Indexability • Google indexing • XML sitemaps • Robots.txt • Canonical URLs • Duplicate URLs/content • Noindex issues • Broken links • 404 errors • Soft 404s • Redirects • Redirect chains • HTTP status codes • Orphan pages • Internal linking • URL structure • Mobile SEO • JavaScript/rendering issues where applicable • Page performance • Core Web Vitals • Image performance • Structured data • HTTPS-related SEO issues • Other technical SEO problems found during the audit The audit is not the final deliverable. Where a technical issue can reasonably be corrected within the website as part of this project, I expect it to be implemented and fixed, not simply written into an audit report. 2. KEYWORD RESEARCH Carry out separate professional keyword research for both websites. Research should include where relevant: • Primary keywords • Secondary keywords • Long-tail opportunities • Commercial/transactional searches • Informational searches where strategically useful • Search volume • Search intent • Keyword difficulty • Competition • SERP analysis • Traffic potential • Business/commercial value • Realistic ranking feasibility Do not simply target the largest-volume keywords. The objective is to find searches that are relevant, valuable and realistically worth pursuing. 3. COMPETITOR RESEARCH Identify the websites that actually compete with Aven and Macprit in Google search results. Analyse where appropriate: • Organic competitors • Competitor keywords • High-performing competitor pages • Keyword gaps • Content gaps • Search-intent gaps • Backlink gaps • Landing-page structures • Internal linking • Content depth • SERP features • Structured data • Other areas where competitors currently outperform either website Aven and Macprit must have separate competitor research. 4. KEYWORD-TO-PAGE MAPPING For each website, provide a clear map showing: URL → Page Purpose → Primary Search Target → Secondary Search Targets → Search Intent Identify: • Keyword cannibalisation • Pages competing with each other • Wrong search intent • Missing landing pages • Pages requiring consolidation • Pages requiring different targeting • Internal linking opportunities • Pages with little or no meaningful organic-search purpose 5. ON-PAGE SEO IMPLEMENTATION Optimise relevant pages where appropriate, including: • Title tags • Meta descriptions • H1 headings • H2/H3 structure • Existing page copy • Search-intent alignment • Keyword usage • Semantic relevance • Image alt text • Internal links • Anchor text • Content structure • URLs where genuinely necessary • Calls to action where appropriate The websites must remain natural and professional. Do not damage good existing content by forcing keywords into every sentence. 6. INTERNAL LINKING Review and improve internal linking across both websites. Important pages should receive relevant contextual links. For Aven this may involve relationships between: • Homepage • Services • Individual service pages • Portfolio • Case studies • Contact/project pages For Macprit this may involve: • Homepage • Feature hubs • Individual utility pages • Related feature pages • Supporting SEO landing pages • Important conversion pages The structure should help both Google and users understand how pages relate to one another. 7. CONTENT AND LANDING-PAGE GAP ANALYSIS Identify important organic search opportunities that currently have no suitable page. Do not recommend creating content simply because “SEO needs more blogs”. Any significant proposed new page should include: • Purpose • Target search opportunity • Search intent • Research/data supporting the recommendation • Business value • Recommended URL • Recommended title • Recommended H1 • Suggested structure • Internal linking role • Priority Where creation of a page is agreed as part of the project scope, it should be implemented. Do not create large quantities of thin, repetitive or low-quality SEO pages. 8. STRUCTURED DATA / SCHEMA Audit and implement valid structured data where appropriate. This could include relevant types such as: • Organisation • Professional/Local Business • Software Application • Breadcrumb • WebSite • WebPage • FAQ where valid • Other genuinely appropriate schema Schema must follow Google’s current requirements. 9. GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE Review Google Search Console separately for both websites. This should include where relevant: • Page indexing • Indexing errors • Crawled but not indexed pages • Discovered but not indexed pages • Sitemap status • Search queries • Impressions • Clicks • CTR • Search positions • Pages receiving organic visibility • Pages receiving impressions but weak CTR • Core Web Vitals • Manual actions/security issues if any Relevant sitemaps/pages should be submitted or resubmitted where appropriate. 10. ANALYTICS AND SEO MEASUREMENT Review or configure appropriate SEO measurement where needed. This may include: • Google Analytics 4 • Google Search Console • Organic landing-page tracking • Organic traffic measurement • Relevant conversion/event tracking For Aven, relevant organic conversions may include: • Contact enquiries • Project enquiries • Important CTA actions For Macprit, relevant organic conversions may include: • Product/download actions • Trial/purchase journeys • Important product CTA interactions • Other meaningful user actions I want to be able to measure what happens after the SEO work is completed. 11. CORE WEB VITALS AND SEO PERFORMANCE Review SEO-related website performance, including where applicable: • LCP • INP • CLS • Mobile performance • Large/heavy images • Rendering issues • Page-loading problems • Other performance issues that materially affect SEO Fix reasonable SEO-related issues within the agreed scope. This is not a website redesign project. 12. OFF-PAGE SEO / BACKLINK REVIEW Review the backlink profile for both websites and identify meaningful opportunities or risks. I do not want: • Artificial DA/DR increases • PBNs • Spam backlinks • Bulk low-quality backlinks • Automated backlink creation • Link schemes • Large quantities of irrelevant directory links If backlink acquisition is recommended, explain: • Why it is needed • What kind of links would actually help • How they would be acquired • Which website/page they would support • What work is included within this project No questionable backlink work should be carried out without approval. PROJECT TIMELINE My preferred target for completing both websites is approximately: 4 weeks I am open to approximately 3 to 5 weeks depending on the specialist’s proposed approach and the amount of implementation required. If you believe a different timeframe is genuinely more appropriate, explain why in your proposal. I prefer a structured week-by-week approach similar to the following. Week 1: Research and strategy For both websites separately: • Technical audits • Search Console analysis • Current organic-performance review • Keyword research • Competitor research • Search-intent research • Keyword-to-page mapping • Content/page gap identification • Technical priority list The major strategy should be agreed before large website changes begin. Week 2: Aven Creative implementation Main focus: • Technical fixes • On-page optimisation • Service-page SEO • Internal linking • Portfolio/case-study improvements • Local SEO where appropriate • Schema • Relevant content/page improvements • Other agreed Aven work Week 3: Macprit implementation Main focus: • Technical fixes • Feature architecture • On-page optimisation • Internal linking • Feature/landing-page SEO • Schema • Relevant new-page opportunities • Other agreed Macprit work Week 4: Verification and completion For both websites: • Final crawls • Remaining corrections • Search Console/indexability review • Sitemap verification • Quality checks • Before/after comparison • Final documentation • Confirmation of completed deliverables This weekly structure is a target, not an inflexible rule. If the specialist believes work should be distributed differently for better results, I am happy to consider this, provided the proposed plan is clear before work begins. DAILY PROGRESS UPDATES I expect a short update at the end of each working day. The update does not need to be long. Please report: Completed today: What was completed. Changes made: Pages/files/settings changed. Evidence: Relevant document, spreadsheet, screenshot, crawl, Pull Request or preview where appropriate. Problems/blockers: Anything preventing progress. Next: What you plan to work on during the next working day. I understand that SEO research does not necessarily create a visible website change every day. During research stages, evidence may consist of keyword research, crawl results, competitor analysis, mappings or other work rather than changes visible on the live website. SEPARATE PROJECT TRACKING Aven Creative and Macprit must have separate progress tracking. I should be able to clearly see what has been: • Not started • In progress • Completed • Verified for each website independently. A simple structure such as the following is acceptable: Page / Issue → Required Work → Status → Evidence / Notes Do not mix both websites into a confusing single list where it becomes difficult to determine what has actually been completed. ACCESS AND DEVELOPMENT WORKFLOW The selected specialist will receive only the access required to complete the SEO project. I will not send complete private website/business systems unnecessarily. Where the website uses Git, the expected workflow is: 1. Receive authorised access to the relevant website repository 2. Create/use a separate working branch 3. Make the agreed changes 4. Submit changes through a Pull Request 5. Changes are reviewed before being merged 6. Approved changes are merged into production 7. Access is removed after completion Do not push directly to the production/main branch unless explicitly authorised. Temporary individual access may also be provided where genuinely needed to: • Google Search Console • Google Analytics • Relevant website/CMS systems Personal account passwords will not be shared. For Macprit, no SEO work requires access to unrelated systems such as: • Macprit macOS application source code • Payment systems • Licensing infrastructure • Customer data • Production databases • Apple Developer account • Other unrelated infrastructure REQUIRED FINAL DELIVERABLES I expect separate final deliverables for Aven Creative and Macprit. For each website, the final project should include where applicable: 1. Completed technical SEO audit 2. Agreed technical fixes implemented 3. Complete keyword research 4. Competitor research 5. Keyword-gap analysis 6. Keyword-to-URL mapping 7. Search-intent mapping 8. On-page SEO implementation 9. Optimised title tags 10. Optimised meta descriptions 11. Optimised heading structures 12. Appropriate content improvements 13. Internal linking improvements 14. Image SEO improvements where appropriate 15. Canonical review/fixes 16. Robots.txt review/fixes 17. XML sitemap review/fixes 18. Crawlability verification 19. Indexability verification 20. Broken-link fixes 21. Redirect review/fixes 22. Orphan-page review 23. Appropriate schema implementation 24. Core Web Vitals/performance SEO review 25. Search Console review 26. Sitemap/indexing verification 27. Content-gap analysis 28. New landing-page recommendations where justified 29. Agreed new pages implemented where included in scope 30. Backlink profile review 31. Final website crawl 32. Before-and-after SEO comparison 33. Record of important changes 34. Remaining recommendations and explanation 35. Clear final SEO/search strategy for important pages 36. Final confirmation of what was completed and verified If an item is genuinely not applicable to one website, this should be clearly explained rather than silently skipped. PAYMENT AND COMPLETION CONDITIONS This is intended to be a fixed-price, deliverables-based project. The agreed scope should be finalised before work begins. Payment/milestone approval will be based on satisfactory completion of the work agreed for that milestone. If an agreed deliverable is: • Missing • Partially completed • Incorrectly implemented • Not verifiable • Left as a recommendation when implementation was agreed • Completed for only one website when the scope required both the specialist will first be expected to correct or complete the work. If an agreed portion ultimately remains incomplete, the payment associated with that incomplete portion may be adjusted accordingly. This condition does not apply simply because Google does not immediately produce a particular ranking or level of traffic. Google rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed. Assessment will instead be based on whether the agreed professional SEO work was actually completed correctly. PREFERRED MILESTONE STRUCTURE I would prefer milestones broadly structured as: Milestone 1 Research, audits, keyword strategy, competitor research and page mapping for both websites. Milestone 2 Aven Creative SEO implementation. Milestone 3 Macprit SEO implementation. Milestone 4 Final verification, remaining corrections, Search Console/indexing checks and complete handover for both websites. The exact milestone structure can be agreed with the selected specialist before the contract starts. WHAT I DO NOT WANT Please do not apply if your service mainly consists of: • Automated SEO reports with no implementation • Monthly retainer upselling • Guaranteed “#1 Google” promises • Artificial DA/DR increases • Spam backlinks • PBNs • Bulk backlink packages • Keyword stuffing • Mass low-quality AI content • Hundreds of thin/duplicate landing pages • Changes made purely to improve an SEO-tool score I need somebody capable of researching, deciding, implementing and verifying the work properly. WHEN APPLYING Please start your proposal with: AVEN + MACPRIT Then answer the following: 1. Briefly explain how you would approach Aven Creative. 2. Separately explain how you would approach Macprit. 3. Show examples of websites where you personally completed substantial technical and on-page SEO work. 4. Where possible, show examples of improvements in: o Google impressions o Organic clicks o Organic traffic o Rankings o Leads/conversions 5. Which SEO tools do you use? 6. How do you research and select target keywords rather than guessing them? 7. What work do you personally implement versus only recommend? 8. What access would you require? 9. Are you comfortable working through Git branches and Pull Requests where applicable? 10. How would you measure whether the SEO project was successful? 11. What completion timeframe do you recommend? 12. If you would change the proposed four-week schedule, explain why and provide your preferred week-by-week plan. 13. Confirm that your proposal covers both websites as two separate SEO strategies. 14. Confirm that implementation of agreed fixes is included, rather than only providing an audit. 15. Confirm that you understand this is a one-off project rather than a monthly retainer. Please do not send a generic proposal. I am looking for someone who can understand both businesses independently, identify their genuine Google opportunities, perform the professional SEO work a serious client would normally expect, implement the agreed changes and leave both websites with a strong, measurable organic-search foundation.
