One-Time ASL Interpreter Opportunity Position: American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter (Contract – One-Time Meeting) Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta (Online and/or In-Person) Date & Time: July 27, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM MDT About the Opportunity Finning is seeking a qualified ASL Interpreter to provide real-time interpretation services for a meeting involving a Deaf team member. This is a one-time contract opportunity for a 90-minute meeting. Responsibilities Provide accurate and professional ASL interpretation during the meeting. Interpret spontaneous conversation and discussions in real time. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout the engagement. Support effective communication between all meeting participants. Qualifications Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL). Experience interpreting in professional or workplace settings. Ability to interpret unscripted discussions and conversations with accuracy and clarity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
