We are looking for an experienced individual or design firm to assist with our ongoing U.S. design projects. The selected candidate will prepare permit-ready Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings for residential and commercial projects. Requirements: -Experience with U.S. permit-ready drawings -Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit -Knowledge of U.S. building codes -Ability to provide Architectural permit drawings -Structural drawings & Calculations -MEP+Fire+Solar+T24 Experties -Meet project deadlines and respond to revisions This is a long-term opportunity with continuous work for the right candidate.
