The role We are looking for a senior digital marketing professional or small specialist agency to take ongoing responsibility for: SEO Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Analytics and conversion tracking Landing-page improvement Lead-generation reporting Coordination of supporting content and creative work The purpose of the role is to generate and improve qualified sales enquiries, not simply increase website traffic, impressions, clicks or social engagement. We do not expect every advertising platform to receive budget immediately. The successful applicant must audit the opportunity, challenge our assumptions and recommend which channels should be prioritised. We expect Google Search and SEO to be assessed early because they can capture existing demand, while Meta and LinkedIn should be used where audience targeting, retargeting or campaign economics justify the investment. Initial 90-day objectives During the initial engagement, the successful candidate will be expected to: Establish accurate measurement. Understand 5trak’s target customers and sales process. Audit current organic-search visibility and advertising accounts. Identify high-intent search opportunities. Develop a prioritised 90-day acquisition plan. Launch or improve selected campaigns. Establish baseline conversion and lead-quality metrics. Recommend landing-page, content and website improvements. Produce clear reporting tied to enquiries and commercial outcomes. Scope of work 1. Conversion-rate optimisation Provide ongoing recommendations relating to: Landing-page messaging Calls to action Enquiry forms Mobile conversion experience Trust and proof Case-study placement Downloadable resources Thank-you pages Lead qualification A/B testing where traffic volume is sufficient Implementation may be completed by a separate developer, but recommendations must be clear and actionable. 8.
