Offer description Contractor agrees to complete the website revisions outlined in the Scope of Work Referenced below Compensation Fixed Project Rate: $200.00 USD Full Payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of the agreed Scope of Work. Deliverables Website & Code Revisions IMPORTANT: Preserve existing website code functionality via clone / created staging environment for revisions. Modify the files necessary to complete the requested revisions. Avoid installing additional plugins or making architectural changes without prior approval. Provide a brief summary of the files or components modified upon completion Notify of any unforeseen issues that may affect scope, cost, or timeline before proceeding with work. Review & Revisions Client will review the completed work within 5 business days of delivery. Ownership All modifications created as part of this project become are property of the Client and will be paid upon completion Warranty Contractor will address any defects directly related to the completed work that are reported within 5 days of project completion at no additional charge. Acceptance Acceptance of this agreement and commencement of work constitutes agreement to these terms. NDA & Confidentiality to be completed prior to work.
