Ongoing Email Designer for Creative Studio

We are a creative agency that works with a wide variety of eCommerce brands, and we are looking for a talented, passionate graphic designer with strong brand design skills to join our team. Seems like your style? Read on! We're seeking a talented designer for a long-term independent contractor position, working approximately 30 hours per week. The compensation range is $1500–2500 per month, depending on your experience and skill level. We prefer contractors located in North or South America to facilitate real-time feedback and occasional calls when needed (we are based in Los Angeles). Your role will be to design creative for our clients' brands — primarily email campaigns and flows, but also paid ad creative and other digital assets as needed. Every brand is different, and you'll need to quickly absorb each brand's aesthetic and produce designs that feel native to their world. These designs must have clear and compelling content, an elevated style, and always stay true to the client's branding. Requirements: • Exceptional eye for typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy • Extensive experience working with Figma and Photoshop • Strong understanding of branding and the ability to design across different brand aesthetics • Strong English and experience writing copy • Ability to complete projects by a deadline, 100% of the time • Highly responsive communication and the ability to work independently Bonus points if you have experience with: • Email design (campaigns, flows, etc.) • Paid ad creative • Website design • Building emails in Klaviyo What you can expect from us: • Clear design briefs with examples for inspiration • Constructive feedback on your designs • Quick responses to your messages and requests • On time payment.
