Ongoing Video Editor + 20-Class Project — Beauty Brand

I'm a hairstylist and educator hiring one dependable editor as my long-term go-to. I run an organized process: every video comes with a clear brief, references, and timestamps. You're never guessing — and I expect the brief followed closely. Read the whole post before applying. The project: A batch of recorded classes need full edits — each a ~60-min horizontal multi-cam class (one lesson, a few angles). We start with a paid trial. Once your quality and direction-following hold, the rest of the batch is yours. Real, steady work for the right editor. Also ongoing: short-form social — demos, event recaps, beauty tips, speaker clips. Volume varies with my schedule. My standard: Tighten pacing, clean professional finish, accurate captions No templates. No stock/b-roll unless I ask. Follow my brand guide exactly — colors, fonts, caption style. I provide it; you'll be tested on it in the trial. Follow my written direction and timestamps exactly. Fix notes correctly. For the classes: Clean horizontal edit, angles cut together well Delivered four ways: captions on/off, music on/off (one edit, four exports — keep captions and music on separate layers) Up to 3 revision rounds included (a "round" = one consolidated set of notes) Pay: $60 per finished class. We start with 2 classes as a paid trial at this rate; if the work holds, the rest of the batch follows. Short-form quoted per video. Requirements: Real short-form and multi-cam experience, strong internet, 48 hr turnaround when needed, and direct communication — tell me before something runs late.
