**Onigiri / Sushi Chef Consultant Needed for New Food Concept** We’re developing a new onigiri concept and are looking for an experienced chef or food professional to work with us throughout the development and launch process. Ideal experience includes: * Sushi chef experience or strong experience working with Japanese rice * Onigiri recipe development * Rice cooking, seasoning, holding, and consistency * Shaping and filling techniques * Developing recipes that can be produced consistently at scale * Kitchen workflow and prep process design Experience with restaurant operations, opening a food concept, kitchen setup, staff training, or food cost / portioning is a major plus. We are looking for someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis, not just for a single consultation. The goal is to help us refine the product, create repeatable processes, troubleshoot issues, and prepare the concept for opening. Please include a brief description of your relevant experience, particularly with sushi, onigiri, Japanese cuisine, or restaurant operations.
