Online Business Manager / Client Success & Operations — Shoot & Scale About Us Shoot & Scale is a short-form video content agency. We help business owners show up consistently on social media with high-quality video content — from strategy and scripting to editing and publishing. We're a small, fast-moving remote team and we're growing. The Role We're hiring our first full-time operations hire. This is a generalist role — part client success, part project manager, part executive assistant. You won't be bored. You will be the connective tissue of our business: keeping clients happy, keeping the team on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll report directly to the founders and have visibility into everything. What You'll Own Client Success — You're the first to know if a client is unhappy. You proactively check in, make sure shoots are scheduled, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem. Operations & Scheduling — You manage our founders' calendars, coordinate shoots, and keep the production timeline running on schedule. SOPs & Documentation — When we figure out how something works, you write it down. You'll build and maintain our internal playbooks so the team isn't dependent on memory. Team Coordination — You check in with our head of fulfillment and AI builder to make sure tasks are moving. You don't manage them, but you keep everyone accountable. Drive & Systems Organization — Our Google Drive is your responsibility. Client folders, assets, docs — organized and easy to find. Problem Solving — When something goes wrong (it will), you handle it before escalating to the founders. You're a problem-solver, not a problem-reporter. You're a Great Fit If You: Have experience as a VA, OBM, project coordinator, or client success role — ideally at an agency Are obsessive about follow-through. If you say you'll do something, it's done. Communicate proactively — you don't wait to be asked for updates Can take a messy brain dump from a founder and turn it into a clean SOP Are comfortable in Google Workspace, Notion (or similar), and project management tools Have worked in a remote, fast-moving small team before Speak and write excellent English Bonus Points Experience in a video, content, or creative agency Familiar with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Go High Level, or similar You've built SOPs or internal documentation from scratch before Details Full-time, fully remote Hours: aligned with US time zones (at least partial overlap) Salary: $800–$1,100/month USD depending on experience Start date: ASAP How to Apply Send a short Loom video (2–3 minutes max) introducing yourself and walking us through one example of how you've kept a team or client organized.
