Online Business Manager (OBM) for Coach

I'm a coach for women law firm owners scaling to $1,000,000+. I sold my law firm in December 2025 after a little over 5 years of bootstrapping, growing, and scaling. I'm looking for an experienced OBM to take over the backend so I can stay focused on coaching and content. Here's what you'd be handling: - Building funnels and landing pages in Kajabi - Sending our weekly email through Kajabi - Granting Kajabi access to new coaching clients - Taking webinar and training recordings and loading them into Kajabi or our funnels - Taking well-performing Instagram content and turning it into Meta ads. This is simple since we only have one campaign and one ad set. - Managing the support inbox (we don't get many, mostly billing questions and the occasional client question) - Sending contract emails to new coaching leads - Staying on top of coaching applications and onboarding for new clients (both run through Airtable) - Working in ManyChat and Zapier (experience required) Huge bonus: - Drafting copy for opt-in pages, sales pages, and email funnels that match my voice and style *I already have a social media manager handling all of my content (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, podcast) so this role isn't about content creation. The only exception is the Meta ads piece above. Expected commitment: - Right now this is about 5 hours a week. I'll need more support with new funnels and a big group program launch at the end of summer. I'm hoping to find someone I can build a long-term working relationship with.
