Online Early Years Teacher for Live 30-Minute Group Classes (English with On-Camera Experience)
Worldwide
We create themed, play-based learning bundles for children in the early years. Each theme runs across a week of activities built around a central topic, with printables, discussion prompts and hands-on tasks designed to get young children curious rather than compliant. We're now taking that curriculum live, and we're looking for teachers to deliver it to small groups online. -- The Role -- You'll lead live 30-minute online group classes for early years children, teaching from the Curiology curriculum. All content is provided: you're not writing lessons from scratch, you're bringing our material to life on camera and holding the attention of a virtual room full of three to five year olds. This is part-time and ongoing, with room to grow as we add class times. Hours are flexible and we're open to teachers anywhere in the world. Please indicate your availability in your application. -- What You'll Do -- Deliver live 30-minute group classes using our curriculum Prepare each session in advance so materials, props and printables are ready to go Keep young children engaged, participating and settled in a virtual classroom Manage group dynamics warmly and confidently, including the quiet children and the ones who want to tell you about their dog Give short, useful feedback on children's progress after sessions Flag anything in the curriculum that isn't landing with a class so we can improve it -- What We're Looking For -- Native English speaker Teaching background, ideally with early years or lower primary children Genuinely comfortable and well presented on camera, with real video or speaking experience behind you Warm, high-energy delivery that holds a young child's attention without tipping into chaos Organised and reliable, since parents are booking around these class times A quiet, tidy teaching space, reliable internet and a good webcam and microphone -- How To Apply -- Please include all of the following. Applications missing any of these won't be reviewed. A video of you teaching a class. This is essential. We want to see you actually delivering to children, not a talking-head introduction about yourself. Please do not apply without it. Links to your on-camera work: courses you've taught, videos you've presented in, recorded sessions, a YouTube channel, anything that shows you in front of a camera. A short note on your experience with three to five year olds and what you enjoy about teaching this age group. Your availability, including your timezone and the hours you could realistically cover each week. Your hourly rate.
