Online English Tutor for a 4-Year-Old Beginner

We are looking for a warm, patient, and engaging online English tutor for our 4-year-old daughter in Shanghai (GMT+8). She is a complete beginner with little to no English foundation. Goals: - Build interest and confidence in English - Learn through phonics, songs, stories, games, and interactive activities - Begin with simple vocabulary, listening, and speaking Lesson format: - One-on-one online lessons via Zoom or Google Meet - Age-appropriate, playful, and interactive teaching style - Please share your availability in Shanghai time (GMT+8) Requirements: - Experience teaching children aged 3–6 - TEFL/TESOL, phonics, or early childhood education experience is preferred - Patient, encouraging, and able to make lessons fun for a complete beginner Budget: - Regular lessons: $10–15 per hour - Paid trial lesson: 25 minutes for $5 Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid 25-minute trial lesson. Please describe your experience with young children, your teaching approach for beginners, and your proposed trial activity. No extensive unpaid preparation is required.
