Online Experienced Fitness Coach (Fulltime )

Fitness Coach (Part-Time to Full-Time) -100% online role. All client communication happens through our fitness app , no calls or in-person meetings. -We're seeking a dedicated fitness coach to grow with our business. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time as you demonstrate alignment with our values and excellence in performance. Primary Responsibilities: -Run group coaching sessions for female fitness clients Conduct regular client check-ins and progress monitoring -Manage onboarding process for new clients -Track and analyze client nutrition using MyFitnessPal, with a focus on Malaysian food and eating habits -Provide tailored guidance to clients at different stages of their fitness journey -Maintain detailed client progress records using Excel Ideal Candidate Profile: -Experience, Client Portfolio & Qualification Technical Skills -Strong Excel proficiency for tracking client metrics and progress -Experience with MyFitnessPal, ideally with knowledge of Malaysian food and eating patterns -Ability to analyze data and identify trends Client Management Expertise -Understanding of complete client onboarding workflows -Ability to provide appropriate guidance for clients at various coaching stages (beginner, intermediate, advanced) -Experience working with female clients, particularly aged 30+
