Online Marketplace Listing Assistant

I'm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings for a large inventory of products. The inventory includes: * Industrial equipment * Farm equipment * Moving equipment and supplies * Warehouse items * PPE and safety equipment * Tools * Office furniture * Miscellaneous commercial inventory Responsibilities * Create professional Facebook Marketplace listings * Write clear, friendly titles and descriptions * Organize photos and match them to the correct products * Keep inventory organized in a spreadsheet * Track listing status (Draft, Listed, Sold, etc.) * Update listings as prices or inventory change I Will Provide * Product spreadsheet * Product photos * Cost and suggested pricing * Listing guidelines * Access to the system we'll use for creating listings Ideal Candidate * Experience creating Facebook Marketplace listings * Excellent written English * Strong attention to detail * Able to work independently * Comfortable organizing large amounts of inventory * Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) * Familiar with Facebook Marketplace best practices Bonus Skills * Experience selling equipment or commercial products * Photo editing * eBay, Craigslist, OfferUp, or other marketplace experience To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
