Online Research + Data Entry: Source Image Links into a Spreadsheet (Ongoing)

I need a careful, fast online researcher for a simple, repetitive task. This is a paid pilot for a recurring, ongoing role where the best performer becomes our regular researcher with a continuing workload. The pilot: I'll give you a spreadsheet of ~30 items. For each item, you'll check a small set of public web pages (I'll tell you exactly where to look), find images that match the item exactly, and paste the image links into the sheet (up to 8 per item). You don't pick the single best one; you gather as many good candidates from the specified resources as possible. What matters: 1. Accuracy: the image must match the item exactly (full instructions provided on award) 2. Speed and thoroughness 3. Clear images (casual quality is fine when the match is right) Details: hourly via Upwork's time tracker; fixed sheet for the pilot. We're hiring 2–3 freelancers for the pilot and selecting the best for the ongoing role. A short intro voice call before starting is a plus.
