Ontario Litigation Lawyer Needed Urgently

Client seeking a lawyer licensed in Ontario to review an active Superior Court civil case. The file is eight years old. It is complex because it was badly handled by previous lawyers not because the facts are impossible. The evidence is organized. The procedural history is not. Counsel is already in house, but client is having doubts. Client needs a strong lawyer for an immediate, independent review and possible co-counsel or takeover. You must understand: * Ontario Superior Court civil litigation * discoveries, refusals and undertakings * supplementary affidavits of documents * trial strategy and settlement exposure * inherited and damaged files Client also needs advice on whether the claim can be narrowed, reduced, discontinued in part, or moved into Small Claims Court. Do not apply if you avoid difficult files, skim documents, or only want easy cases. Client needs someone available now who will read, think and give me a direct plan.
