Ontario Paralegal Needed for an Upcoming OLRB Case

Summary

We are an early stage startup company with no product or revenue. An intern who conducted volunteer research work with us filed an ESA employment misclassification case against us, and it was ruled in their favour. We filed an OLRB case for a full review, and the matter is now set for a hearing towards the end of July 2026. I am looking for an experienced paralegal with respect to handling employment law and OLRB review cases to help prepare our case and represent us on the day of hearing.
