AI Automation Consultant (Sales & Marketing) – Logistics Company (OpenClaw Experience Preferred) We are a U.S.-based transportation and warehousing logistics company looking to hire an experienced AI automation consultant to help us implement and optimize AI-driven systems for sales and marketing. This will be a consulting-based role (paid video calls) where you guide strategy, help implement workflows, and ensure systems are built correctly, securely, and efficiently. What We’re Looking To Build We want to implement AI-powered systems such as: Automated outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn) Lead generation systems (e.g., sourcing targeted prospects like importers, freight forwarders, etc.) Data scraping and enrichment workflows CRM integrations and automation AI-assisted follow-ups and messaging sequences Example Use Case: Building a system that identifies and scrapes wine importers from specific countries, enriches their contact data, and launches automated outreach campaigns—while staying compliant and avoiding spam/security risks. What We Need From You Advise on high-impact automation opportunities for our business Help design and implement workflows using tools like OpenClaw (or similar) Guide us on best practices for: Email deliverability Data scraping compliance Account safety (LinkedIn/email) Avoiding bans/flags Assist with tool stack selection if needed Provide step-by-step guidance and screen-share support during calls Help us understand how to operate and scale these systems long-term Ideal Candidate Proven experience with AI automation tools (OpenClaw preferred, but not required) Strong background in sales automation / lead generation systems Experience with scraping tools, APIs, or data pipelines Familiar with LinkedIn automation and cold email systems Understands compliance, deliverability, and platform limitations Has worked with B2B businesses (logistics experience is a plus) Engagement Details Paid consulting calls (Zoom or similar) Ongoing engagement if a good fit Flexible hours, but must be responsive and reliable Requirements Strong English communication skills (verbal is critical) Stable internet connection for video calls Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-developers To Apply Please include: Examples of similar systems you’ve built Tools/stack you recommend for this type of automation Your experience with OpenClaw or similar platforms Your availability for calls If you’re someone who can not only build systems but also think strategically about how to apply AI in a real business, we’d love to work with you.
