OpenClaw Engineer / Consultant

I'm building out my OpenClaw setup (a multi-agent framework running on a Mac Mini) and looking for an experienced engineer to help me design, implement, and explain how things work as we build. Part-time contract role hourly. About the work You'll be working directly with me on three concrete projects, with more on the roadmap. I want someone who can not only build, but walk me through what they're doing so I can maintain and extend it myself afterward. Initial projects 1. Mac + iOS app interaction via OpenClaw. I want OpenClaw to drive an iPhone app that runs on my Mac (Apple Silicon lets iOS apps run as Mac apps). The agent needs to launch it, perceive its UI, and interact with it reliably. Likely involves macOS Accessibility APIs, screen reading, and programmatic input. 2. Web and web app automation via OpenClaw. A general-purpose setup that lets OpenClaw browse sites and operate web apps efficiently — logins, form filling, multi-step flows, scraping where needed. Needs to be robust to dynamic content and handle authenticated sessions cleanly. 3. WhatsApp messaging through my personal account. Stand up the infrastructure for OpenClaw to send and receive messages on my WhatsApp account. I've been looking at the Baileys library, but I'm open to other approaches if you've got a better one. Should integrate cleanly with the rest of the agent setup. You're a fit if you have Strong Python and/or TypeScript/Node Experience building agentic systems (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, custom orchestration, etc.) — bonus if you've worked with OpenClaw directly macOS automation chops (Accessibility API, AppleScript, Swift bridges, computer-use patterns) Browser automation experience (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium) Familiarity with WhatsApp Web protocols / Baileys or equivalent Ability to clearly explain what you're building as you build it Nice to have LLM tool calling and multi-agent design patterns Running long-lived automations on always-on Mac/Linux servers Prior work with the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs at scale How we'll work Async-first, with calls as needed I'll provide the Mac Mini access, accounts, and any API keys If the first three projects go well, there's a lot more queued up
