Opera PMS Deployment Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Hotel Technology Implementation (Freelance) We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support hotel technology implementation projects across the EAME region. The ideal candidate will coordinate end-to-end deployment activities, working closely with hotel leadership, corporate teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate hotel technology implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. * Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and status reporting. * Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation (RAID logs, action items, etc.). * Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. * Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support. * Escalate project risks and blockers while ensuring adherence to implementation standards. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience. * Experience supporting hotel technology implementations or deployment projects. * Experience with **Opera Cloud PMS** implementations is highly preferred. * Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills. * Experience with project management tools such as **Smartsheet** or similar. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working across multiple time zones and willing to travel as needed. * Previous hotel operations experience is a plus. Required Skills * Fluent in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written). * Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills. **Preferred Background:** Hospitality, hotel technology implementations, PMS deployments, or hotel operations.
